Summary: Report about the Tanzanian Women of ANC-exiles in Mazimbu, Morogoro in Tanzania. During Apartheid the ANC had a school, SOMAFCO, for the refugees who fled South Africa. Many of them started families with Tanzanian women. In 1992 the ANC gave exiles an opportunity to return to South Africa. Many did return, leaving their families behind.
